Day 1

Starting weight: 190.4 lb.

Exercise - 15 minutes run, 5 mph.

Breakfast: 1 veggie burger, 1 apple, glass of apple juice

Lunch: Half of Whole Foods cake (had to finish it), some Cheetos, Diet Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Vegetarian sandwich from Potbelly's, Dr. Pepper
