Breakfast: none

Lunch: 1 veggie burger, 1 apple, 1 package of carrots, apple juice, chocolate bar

Dinner: 1 veggie burger, potatoes, chocolate bars, soda


Diet isn't looking great with finals on the horizon.

Day 1

Starting weight: 190.4 lb.

Exercise - 15 minutes run, 5 mph.

Breakfast: 1 veggie burger, 1 apple, glass of apple juice

Lunch: Half of Whole Foods cake (had to finish it), some Cheetos, Diet Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Vegetarian sandwich from Potbelly's, Dr. Pepper

So It Begins...

And now a third musings topic. This will be where I track my newest diet advent. I'm really out of shape and the "freshman 15" is striking...again. And I'm a sophomore. Uhg. I'll detail what I eat, how much I weigh, and any exercise outside of daily walking that I do.
